PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During collection launches, promotional periods or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Enjoy FREE NZ SHIPPING on orders over $120 NZD.
- Rural Tracked Shipping $12 NZD
Enjoy FREE NZ SHIPPING on orders over $150 NZD.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
Tracked International Shipping $30 NZD
Estimated delivery:
4–10 business days after dispatch.
Please note international delivery timeframes can vary depending on customs processing and local courier networks.
Any customs duties, taxes, GST, import fees or other charges imposed by Australian authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Velora Curated currently ships to New Zealand and Australia only.

ORDER TRACKING
All orders are sent with tracked shipping.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll automatically receive tracking information via email.
If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Velora Curated is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once parcels have been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier provider.
While we'll always do our best to help track down delayed parcels, Velora Curated cannot guarantee courier delivery timeframes and is not liable for delays outside of our control.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.
If you'd like available items shipped separately, please place separate orders.
Estimated pre-order dispatch dates will always be listed on the product page.
