Yes, our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and is water resistant. To help preserve the finish over time, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to perfumes, lotions, chlorine, salt water and harsh chemicals.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our jewellery is crafted using stainless steel with 18k triple-layer gold coating and is designed for long-lasting wear. Like all plated jewellery, natural wear may occur over time depending on how pieces are worn, stored and cared for.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Can I return my order?
We accept eligible change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition with all original packaging included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved change of mind returns may be issued as store credit.

Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
My scarf arrived with creases. What should I do?
Some scarves may arrive with light creasing from packaging or transit.
For mulberry silk and silky-feel scarves, we recommend gently ironing on a low silk setting with a cotton layer between the iron and fabric.
My bag charm or accessory has creases from packaging.
Light creasing caused by packaging or shipping should reduce over time with regular use.
Hanging tassels freely and gently reshaping accessories by hand can help restore their appearance.
